Migration

Migration

Happy to greet our wintering friends, the black-necked cranes, on their arrival to Bhutan from Tibet, in the remote Phobjika valley. Why they choose to migrate to a cold place (I guess not as cold as Tibet) is crazy to me, but I guess they like the fresh bamboo shoots in the valley so are drawn to the foodsource
